What's not covered

  • Personal liability
  • Flood from outside sources (separate coverage needed)
  • Unexplained disappearance
  • Intentional damage
  • Belongings of roommates or guests who aren't on the policy
  • Business inventory or commercial property

If you need to file a claim

  1. 1Contact support.Email or call the number on your policy confirmation. We'll open your claim and assign an adjuster.
  2. 2Document the loss. Provide photos, receipts, or any evidence you have of what was damaged or stolen.
  3. 3Work with the adjuster.They'll review your claim and confirm what's covered under your policy.
  4. 4Receive payout. Approved claims are paid out per the terms of your policy.
