- Intentional damage
- Belongings of roommates or guests who aren't on the policy
- Business inventory or commercial property
If you need to file a claim

- 2Document the loss. Provide photos, receipts, or any evidence you have of what was damaged or stolen.
- 3Work with the adjuster.They'll review your claim and confirm what's covered under your policy.
- 4Receive payout. Approved claims are paid out per the terms of your policy.
