The Tenant Content Coverage Program is committed to making its website usable for as many people as possible, including residents with disabilities. We want enrolling in coverage, managing your account, and filing a claim to be straightforward for everyone.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.

What we do

• Use clear structure, headings, and labels so the site works with screen readers.
• Support keyboard navigation through interactive elements.
• Aim for sufficient color contrast and readable text sizing.
• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the site as it changes and work to fix issues we find. Some content may not yet fully meet our target, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to improve.
