- Coverage starts at $5.50 per month. Your exact premium depends on the coverage tier ($2,500, $5,000, or $10,000) and how you pay — choose monthly billing or pay annually and get one month free. The final price is confirmed at checkout.
- What's covered?
- Your personal belongings inside your unit — clothes, electronics, furniture — against events like theft, fire, smoke, vandalism, and water damage from burst pipes. Refer to your policy for the full list of covered events.
- How do I cancel?
- Contact support and we'll process your cancellation. Refund eligibility depends on your payment frequency and the terms of your policy.
- What if I already have renters insurance?
- This policy can act as a bolt-on to any renters policy you already carry. In the event of a loss, this policy pays secondary.
- What if I move out?
- Contact support to cancel or transfer your policy. Depending on the policy, it may be portable to your next address — we'll let you know your options.
- When does coverage start?
- Coverage activates as soon as your payment is processed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your policy details.
