Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By enrolling in the Tenant Content Coverage Program, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
The program is offered to residents of properties managed by Swain & Baldwin or its affiliates. Coverage is subject to the underlying policy issued by the carrier.
3. Payment and renewal
Premiums are billed at the frequency you select (monthly or annual). Annual billing charges 11 months at the monthly rate (one month free). Coverage renews automatically until you cancel.
4. Coverage limits
Coverage is limited to the dollar amount you selected ($2,500, $5,000, or $10,000) and is subject to the deductibles, exclusions, and conditions in your policy documents.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel coverage at any time by contacting support. Refunds are governed by the terms of your policy.
